Bingham Presents is an annual broadcast on current issues in financial regulation of interest to the law profession.

The SEC Historical Society partners with Bingham McCutchen LLP each year to broadcast Bingham Presents from the firm's New York office and on www.sechistorical.org. The Society is responsible for the selection of the academic moderator for the program; the Society and Bingham work together to determine the topics and presenters.
